Hook Norton launches Haymaker - a beer for the summer

Hook Norton unveils its latest seasonal brew Haymaker. Hook Norton Haymaker will be on sale on draught in pubs throughout July and August. Haymaker, at 5 per cent ABV, is a clear, golden, summer ale, with a refreshing aroma and taste. Haymaker is an exceptionally well-balanced premium pale ale with a distinctive fruity taste.

The light colour and clean flavour belies its strength and its hint of sweetness will leave drinkers wanting more. Hook Norton managing Director James Clarke says Haymaker is brewed with a fine blend of Maris Otter Pale Ale and Cara malts and a mouth watering mix of Fuggles, Goldings and Challenger hops. “When poured it has a tantalising effervescence and a wonderful taste.
