Hooky beers go local for Tesco

Shopping at Tesco today?

Supermarket shoppers throughout Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Berkshire can now add Hooky Bitter and Old Hooky to their shopping lists.

Tesco as part of a promotion for locally produced beers is selling Hooky Bitter in 26 stores in the region. The beers are packaged in highly attractive 500ml bottles. Hooky Bitter, at 3.6 per cent ABV, is a subtly balanced, golden bitter, hoppy to the nose, malty on the palate, it is a very drinkable beer.

Old Hooky, at 4.6 per cent ABV, is a beautifully balanced beer, fruity by nature, with a well-rounded body and the suggestive echo of Crystal Malt.

Until 16 June the beers are available with a 20 per cent discount off their usual Tesco price.
