Brewery Tours & Visitors Centre
The visitors centre and museum opening times:
Monday to Saturday from 9.30 to 4.30
Housed in the original maltings that were bought by John Harris in 1849, the Visitor's Centre is open Monday to Saturday 9.30am to 4.30pm throughout the year. Here, one can purchase our ales in varying sizes from bottle to barrel and of course, customers are welcome to 'try before you buy'. There is also a good selection of Hook Norton Brewery branded goods, ideal for presents and a great way to show off your favourite local tipple. The brewer's craft is rooted in antiquity and many of its secrets are on view for all to see in our Brewery museum. Anyone wandering through this astonishing display has the opportunity view traditional methods that have survived for sound, practical reasons.

Cost: £9.50 per person
Brewery tours start from the Visitors Centre and last approximately 2 hours. Sensible footwear is highly recommended. The first 1½ hours is spent around the brewery where you'll see our original steam engine, learn our history and how we make our fine ales. Once outside the Brewery, don't forget to keep an eye out for our working Shire horses, which deliver beer to the pubs in the locality.
Upon completion of the tour, it's back to our sampling bar for a ½ hour beer tasting.
Regrettably, the Brewery itself is not suitable for people with walking difficulties or children under the age of 12 due to there being many stairs; the Visitors Centre is easily accessible for both.

Brewery tours for groups of 10 or more people, a deposit of £5.00 per person is required at least one week before the tour. The remainder can be paid upon arrival at the Brewery.
